Mission Impossible to talk to someone
I have been a client of them for 5 years, but trying to get hold of them to make changes is Mission Impossible. This has resulted in the decision to cancel my traffic device and going with another tracking company.
When you call, high call volumes all the time and no one responds when you leave messages.
