Misrepresented Telemarketing

Mix Telematics installed a tracker on my vehicle under the pretext of an upgrade on my existing tracking unit. They for some reason had access to my personal information, including vehicle make model and year, cellphone numbers, email address and id number, information that the existing service provider would have, which I confirmed. I since asked for termination (Termination Ref ***3) at no cost or a provision of the recorded call. Three months later, I have received neither. Instead, a litany of payment requests and debt collection threats. They either come clean or terminate.
