Misled by Matrix.

I am pretty disappointed with the false information that I was given about this tracking device. I have installed this device on to my car only to find out that this device isn't recognized by popular insurance and I was changing my car insurer. Auto and general do jot recognize that as well as other known insurers. Yet when I had had enquired with them I was assured that they are listed with all insurances.

Why does Matrix mislead people to install their device if this product isn't recognized? I completely regret my decision.

Now what do I do? I cannot afford the cancellation fee at all. Proudly putting people in debt in this struggling economy.
