Misleading Consumers

Mixtelematics bunch of ****s taking consumers for a ride, I had a mixtelematics tracker installed on my phone on the 3rd of May 2019, they promised to email information pack and contract but none whatsoever, today the 13th May 2019, 10 days later i get an email and sms with ref 921660 claiming that my account is arrears of R177.10 that i should make urgent payment. What the hell?
