They are a bunch of ******!! I've sent them a notification in October 2024 that my vehicle is sold and cover should be cancelled! They've confirmed a month ago that they infact did receive my notification - however they have continued to bill me and have now ended up listing me on TransUnion - forcing me to pay the outstanding amount. After having confirmed that they've received the notice of cancellation
