****mers, don't take this tracker

Sent a cancellation and got a response that I must must pay total of R2 306.00. I called and ask the reason for this payment and I was told it was in the contract. I requested to be sent the contract referred to and I instead received a certificate. Call the call centre on 10 October and spoke to a Sphamandla who also told me I was told when I was sold the tracker that if I cancel there would be an amount paid, I asked him to send me the call as well the contract where this was disclosed as I had no idea otherwise I would never have taken it. I still did not receive the call or the contract and I will not receive those as apparently they dont have them. I just called again and spoke to someone who told me that this information was in the OTP and that there was a link in the SMS that I should have opened and read the terms and conditions..are you kidding me, why wouln't such an important aspect not be in the contract or why am I not getting the call where this was told to me. Matrix you are ****ming people and it's not funny. I'm not paying this money until I get the contract and the call that told me this. No one can even tell me how this amount was calculated

Please provide me with the Matrix CEO's or any Senior Managers details because it's clear that Caroline Madube is not willing to help me. During the sale, on both calls I was not told about the cancellation clause or any T&Cs. I was sent an OTP SMS which has a link and the link has T&Cs for the website only and nothing else. Caroline tells me I should have navigated the website to get to the T&Cs. As a layperson how am I supposed to know there's a cancellation clause hidden deep in the website and that I am responsible to navigate the website? The only thing about the OTP that was communicated to me was that it means that I agree to paying R199 per month. Caroline even had the audacity to put the blame on me for not calling and asking them where the T&Cs are, really is that how you treat your customers. What is funny is that she took 2 days to figure out where the T&Cs are, she also did not know where they are initially so how would I know? And shouldn't the T&Cs be disclosed at the point of sale? Because the OTP gets sent after the sale has been concluded. You are failing your customers please connect me to your senior managers immediately.
