This company does not even deserve 1 star. I settled my account and requested to cancel my account, they advised me to write an email and I did just that and received a case number. Two months later they are still debiting my bank account and I just spoke to a lady from their cancellations department who was not willing to assist me, they are now telling me about another settlement amount that I need to pay. I’ve always heard negative stories about some tracking companies ****ming people but never thought I would fall victim of such. It’s broad daylight *******.
