****mers and Blood suckers

If this site had a minus rating I would do so, I have been battling to close my account since 2020. Upon installation of the device it was not what I had been promised. To my surprise hardly 2 or 3 days my account was double deducted lapho I had been told I had a free month & also my contract indicated that no cancellation fee will apply if you cancel within 14 working days. Due to the dissatisfaction of the way they conduct business and the false adverting of the product I informed then that I wanted a cancellation stating my reasons and also quoting the contract on the 14 days. I got through to a VERY VERY rude consultant who was not interested in hearing any of my complains and he even indicated that I have to pay a cancellation fee of R1140. I requested recording of the sale to proof that the product was not what was sold to me and to date I have not received it instead the put me to NIMBLE Group who put me through to credit Berea and now my credit score has been affected. I need the Berea to b sorted out since I do not owe this ****ty company who are ****mer and blood suckers
