These people deserve no stars, you know I bought a vehicle and took tracking device with them. The consultant I spoke said if I sell this vehicle, tracking device can be moved to the new vehicle and I keep the same account number. After 4 months, I sold the vehicle and went back to these *****sters and they told me I have to open a née account "sales drive" 0 zero customer centric and I told them to cancel as this was not the advise i got when I signed up. They told me to pay cancelation fees of which I refused and I have been harassed by these people for the past 12month. South Africans PLEASE DON'T USE MIC MIX TELEMTRIX OR MATRIX FOR TRACKING DEVICE.
