I was with mix telamtics for years but when I called them to check my car they told me that they cannot see my car on their system but I was paying them when I ask them why they told me maybe the battery died from. There I stopped payment now they have put me under blacklisted they say I was supposed to give them 1month notice if I want to cancel but my car was not protected as they did not have it on their system and they sending me emails but they do not respond they I send them back there is not communicating but they put me on blacklist
