****mer and *****ulent tracking company ever😤😤

I curse the day I signed a contract with this devil. In February this year I asked them to move my account to my husband as I was no longer able to pay. I told them not to change anything, just move the account as it is too my husband and that is where trouble started.

They cancelled everything on my side and when they had to move it to my husband, 1. He was charged pro-rata for installation that did not happen, 2. only one vehicle instead of two appeared on his App with only GPS service. We called them and their Customer care Centre is always a ghost Centre, no one ever answers calls. We then sent them an email top cancel everything since we are not getting the service we signed up for, an automated email was sent to us saying they have received the cancellation request and is in process with reference number, but to this day 3 months later nothing has been cancelled and the bill keeps getting higher.

I am fed up and need a way out of this hell.
