****med, unauthorized debit orders

I was phoned and informed that my contract expired, is not valid and that I HAVE to upgrade to a much more expensive contract to continue cover. The installers never came, I followed up in vain. Eventually I moved to a different service provider. Suddenly there were unauthorized debit orders going off my account. When I canceled the debit orders they handed me over to debt collectors and threatens with black listing because I never canceled the contract which they told me expired and is no longer valid. I see I am not the only person being ****med by this company.
