Matrixs worst service

People never waisted your money with these guy's. I phone to remove one of my vehicles as it is sold. 3 month down the line i am still paying and when i phone them to asked what is happening they drop the phone in your ears. Now again i must phone them hold for 30min for someone to answer there phone, wow wonder how long they gonna take if something should happen with my vehicle???.
