Matrix/Eden Vehicle Tracker

Matrix gave Eden Vehicle Tracking permission to install a unit in our car after which we had to get the radio fixed and buy a new battery because the unit drew power even when the vehicle was switched off. Eden Vehicle Tracking swopped the unit with a new unit after testing the unit (at my work place). I asked them (Matrix and Eden Vehicle Tracking) to reimburse me for the new car battery because of the first unit being faulty, but now they say there was nothing wrong with the original unit (why replace it then??) and they will rather believe their technician than me, (the paying customer who are responsibile for them getting a salary), because I do not have sufficient proof of my conversation with the technician who replaced the unit!! Stay away from them. They are very quick to get your business and then you become non-existant!! Wonder if they will know me if I skip a payment?? They are not worth it!!
