Matrix/Beame is a **** and wants payment for services they did not render

I sold my vehicle on 18 August 22, sent an email on the same day requesting for immediate cancellation as I no longer owned the vehicle and did not require tracking services anymore. I was on a month to month contract of which I was told telephonically that I can cancel the service at any time when I agreed to continue with this option.

My account was up to date and the August month was fully paid for. Now they are demanding that I pay for the full month of September 22 even thou I requested am immediate cancellation in August because I no longer required tracking services and did not own the vehicle anymore?

Your finance department claimed I owed for August, when I proved them wrong then they said I must pay for September 22 and telling me about a 30 day notice period? Give a 30 day notice for something I no longer own? What exactly am I paying an extra month for? What service were you providing in September that entitles you to get paid an extra month? This is unfair business practice. I see I have also been reported to the credit bureaus for refusing to donate money to for a service I no longer required and did not receive.

Matrix/beame must stop ******** consumers and performing unfair business practice.
