Matrix/BeamE bad service

Cancelled one of our trackers in December 2025. Had a tracker installed in our new vehicle 1 month later. We are almost in May... debit order for 3 cars still being deducted. A few months ago we were told to pay the early cancellation fee on another vehicle, which we did, just to be debited the same evening. Took 7 calls and 4 months to get a refund. Bad bad bad bad service.
