Matrix - Zero Customer Service
Dear Matrix folk. Ive called, sent numerous emails and requests online and have asked for my subscription to be cancelled, you want to now hand me over to lawyers when you have not contacted me once. Please advise on the type of customer service youre offering. Thank you.
