I had a breakdown Fed 2020 I called matrix for road side assistance. the lady at the call center was able to assist me and I asked her many times does the tow truck gonna cost me. She rep**** saying is gonna start billing me after 5km and I was 2km away from my house, I was happy is not gonna cost because am within 5km. February month end with any problems. End of March I received an invoice that my account is outstanding for tow service and I used towing service On March and April, I tried to resolve this issue via email and calls and it’s unsuccessful. This month June they debated my account lot of money and I called to resolve is issue and the manager told me this can’t be resolved because is how tow service work. I lost trust and faith in this company. If anyone can please assist me with contact number or offices Ombudsman Matrix falls Under, that will be helpful.
