Matrix worst tracking company in SA

The service I have received from matrix i can only describe as pathetic the tracking unit in my vehicle has stopped working over a year ago since then i have struggled with them to come and fix it, i made arrangements for them to come and replace the tracking unit in my vehicle and they simply did not pich up i phoned to schedule a new appointment they said they will phone me back they never did, now i want to cancel my contract they said i have to wait for my contract to end so i have to keep paying for a unit that is not working or i will get a fine for canceling the contract my insurance fee even went up due to my tracker not working and they dont want to refund me for the time my unit has not been working.
