Matrix will not locate your car

As per Matrix you are required to test if your tracking device is working. Otherwise you will only find out after your car has been ****** that your device stopped working years back. Debit order will go every month however they will not check every month if your device is working.

So I asked my mom to test if her device is working. She then called Matrix and spoke with Clarence 1st who was not patient speaking with an old person / pensioner. Clarence ended the call without locating the car. Second call was made asked to speak with the team leader, a person named Rifilwe claimed to be a team leader also couldn't locate a car & ended the call without locating the car. It's a clear indication that the device is not working & that they are working with sindicates who are *****ing & hijacking vehicles. A day went by no call from Matrix or a technician. I'm sure they have passed the information to the sindicates by now. So I asked my mom not to use her car. Such an inconvenience and *********** service from Matrix
