Matrix very poorly run !!!

Obviously a one man operation given a huge account in OUTsurance and are battling to cope administratively. Very poorly run, impossible to get hold of. Cannot see how a company like OUTsurance does business with them.

This proves exactly my point. You are obviously calling me on an outdated number which I had tried to update and only with the intervention of OUTsurance I thought it was. But as stated about your poor administration!!!!
