I received a call from Matrix Vehicle Tracking about a tracking system supposedly "out of contract." They claimed it needed to be cancelled from Tracker, but the entire conversation felt manipulative and dishonest.

They used personal information – likely sourced from a gap cover company – to create the impression that Tracker was taking advantage of me with ongoing payments. Their sales pitch was aggressive, misleading, and full of half-truths.

It became clear that their goal was to undermine Tracker and get me to switch services under false pretenses. This kind of ********* conduct and fear-based marketing is unacceptable.
