Matrix Vehicle Tracking - Pathetic Services - Money making ****s!!!

Matrix Vehicle Tracking has been one of the worse providers I’ve had to deal with. They lie and sell you false hopes. I’m a long standing client + 3years and recently for the past 7months I’ve been calling Matrix numerous times and sending sooo many emails regarding the extra charges to my account. No one has acknowledged my emails and when I call, I’m being passed to various departments with no solution to my issue.

I’m trying to understand why am I being charged additional fees for a package that should’ve had everything included. You have incorrectly charged me on both of my vehicles and when I try to get an explanation for these charges then no one is willing to assist. As per my contract, it clearly states that I will not be liable to for any additional charges as the package I have taken out on both my vehicles are inclusive. Despite being a long standing client, when my initial vehicle package expired, I was told if I renew my contract or add add another vehicle to the existing profile, I would get a discount for being a valuable customer. I agreed as I’ve not had issues in the past.

I decided to stay with Matrix and that’s when I’ve realised that I made the biggest mistake of my life. It’s been a nightmare to get this resolved. The ongoing issues is forcing me to just cancel everything, bare the extra cost for cancelling my services prior to the contract ending and moving to another provider who will not only provide better services but someone that will actually make a difference.

I will never recommend Matrix Tracking Vehicle to anyone. The services are pathetic, customer service is a waste of time, sending emails gets you no where as all they do is issue you a ticket but no one ever responds back or calls to get things resolved. If this matter is not addressed, I will definitely be moving services and finding a better Vehicle Tracking service because Matrix incorrectly charges you for things that should be inclusive with your package. It’s a money making ****, the package they offer you and the debits that go off your accounts does not match. This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star rating!!!!!
