Matrix Vehicle Tracking, MiX Telematix, Beame - Not Contactable

The day may system was installed I received the message "Dear Valued Customer, the Recovery unit ______GP has not passed the latest Health Check. Please contact Matrix on *** to test your unit", and another one week later. I coud have as well tried contacting the man on the moon, customer services does not exist. I tried all avenues, email (received case number only), whatsapp, cellphone app, most does not recognise me, my cell number or my ID number. Eventually chose option 1 (report ****** vehicle), again I don't exist. I asked to speak to a manager, request flatly ignored, offered to have me called back in 5 minutes, still waiting, This is by far the worst service I have ever received from a commercial company.
