Matrix Vehicle Tracking is asking me to pay for something I have not received

I have been receiving calls regarding a Matrix Vehicle tracking account that is outstanding. I do not have an account with this company. They never installed their device in my car but I've been getting calls and messages from attorneys. This is really bad for my credit score. Earlier this year I went to their offices in Midrand, I spoke to Busisiwe and she said this matter will be fixed but I'm still waiting. I really feel bad for those that have an account with this company. This is unacceptable because I'm being asked to pay for something that I know nothing about.
