Matrix vehicle tracking failed to recover my car and now refusing to pay

I had a contract with them where they promised on the recording that they would pay up to R150000 depending on the book value of my car should it gets ****** and not be recovered after 6 months, my car was ****** 6 months ago now they are telling me that they won't pay anything as they are not my insurance, they are failing to answer my question when asking what is the reason of one having the tracker in the car.
