Matrix Vehicle Tracking
The worst company when it comes to when you cancel your contract with them, the people in their debtor's department is *********** in doing their work, don't know what they are doing and when you are asking them something they don't know they just put you on hold. And to get hold of anyone at Matrix are simply impossible, the phones are just ringing and just go off. DO NOT EVER EVER GO TO THEM THEY ARE USELESS!!!!

18 Nov 2024, 10:10Morning, a person called Caroline called me about 10 minutes after I posted the complaint and promised they would sort it out and refund my money, guess what, that is how far it went NOTHING to date on all the promises. Matrix vehicle tracking stay pathetic!!!!
