Matrix vehicle tracking device failing health check

I hope this platform will get my problem solve ASAP, I have been receiving SMSs that the tracker installed in my car failed health test it's been 2 weeks now and I have been calling and holding the line for more than 30 min, I try calling back the phone just rings, can you guys please try and resolve this query cos should anything happen to my car I'm the one whose going to go through the most with the insurer and stuff, I'm really not happy with the service
