Matrix Vehicle tracking debiting my account on a written off car, im i ****med or what?

I wouldnt recommend anyone to use this tracker i had terrible experience with this tracker , their service is so bad and the staff is inadequate, 15 people call you for the same thing each week, also i dont think its legit tracker, i was involved in a car accident since 2022 the car was written off, even today they still debit my account and they missed 2 payments on my debit , so they busy harrasing me for 139, secondly how could you debit my account if they see that the car is not moving? what are the debit for. when i tell them i want my refund because they have been debiting my account since May 2022 for no service, the consultant told me that i did not cancel the contract hence im not getting a service , what exactly m i paying for ? is this a ****ming company
