Matrix vehicle tracking company
Bad service tracker company I have been sending emails to cancel my subscription several times ,but not reply now they are threatening to ruin my name on credit score.

15 May 2025, 14:55Still not happy with their service now I requested a cancellation fee quote they send me unreasonable amounts yet on their terms and conditions they wrote cancellation fee is from R2500 for 0-6moths and R1500for 6-12months and R1008for 13-24 months now all of the sudden they say their terms n conditions were Changed yet they did not even update me about it now I must pay R3200 for cancellation that R3200 I don’t know where is it even coming from because my account now is between 13-24 months .I have been complaining about their service since day one their tracker app is not working I can’t even track my car now that I wanna cancel they give me a run around.worse company ever I really regret choosing this service company.
