Matrix vehicle tracking

I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with how Matrix handled my account. I received a call from an agent who wanted to register me for cartrack vehicle tracking. I told the agent that I already have matrix, and she promised to register me for cartrack and cancel my matrix as both trackers are under 1 umbrella. She said if I have been paying for over two years, she willl be able to convert me from matrix to cartrack. I agreed to this and and joined cartrack. In a few months I started receiving emails from matrix confirming that I am missing my payments, where I responded with a request for cancelation of the matrix contract. On the 6 September 2024 I received an email confirming that my matrix contract was terminated. To my surprise I received a call from Hybrid Debt collectors telling me that I am handed over to them by matrix for non-payment to my matrix account. How is this possible when it was confirmed that my contract was terminated?
