Matrix Vehicle Tracking
They failed to transfer tracking device to my new vehicle and asked me to pay R1500 to install. I had to get a new tracking company. They not closing my account I have communicated this with them not helping 😒

Kindly note that your agreement with Mix Telematics is a 36‑month contract. Therefore, any early termination will be subject to a settlement fee as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
Furthermore, should you request a remove and refit, please be advised that a labour fee will apply.
