MATRIX VEHICLE TRACKING
Worst tracking company ever! If they can't respond to customer queries and concerns, how will they recover the vehicle? The unit in my vehicle doesn't update for days - thus no tracking! I've mentioned this to them via their Whatsapp functionality as well as on email (to various email addresses), numerous times. STILL NO RESPONSE RECEIVED. I've also requested that an agent should phone me (via their Whatsapp line) - also numerous times - I am still waiting!
