Matrix vehicle tracking
Good day
I trust you are well. I'm having problem with telematrix vehicle company. I requested cancelation for one of my vehicle sold last year. They requested me to send official email for cancelation. I do so. I explain them that I can not afford to pay car which I don't have. Please stop billing me for the car which I don't have however I wl pay outstanding amount. Today my Invoice is R4500. When I call them no one willing to assist me. This is also affecting my credit score because I can't get credit. When I open contract they told me that I can close it any time and it easy. I will just pay amount of device fitment.
