Matrix Vehicle trackers -poor service

I will personally not recommend this company. Dealing with their client services are a nightmare. I have recently cancelled an expired contract. I was informed by their not so helpful call centre staff that I did not comply with the notice of 30 days and are required to pay additional fees. After numerous phone calls, I have proved to Matrix that they did not fulfill their obligation towards me as stated in the signed contract. I was handed over to debt collectors to collect alleged outstanding fees on a contract that have expired and further to this, they did not fulfill their obligatory requirements.
