Matrix Vehicle Tracker - Terrible Service

I would give you less than 1 Star if I could. I have never come across such terrible service. The woman who phoned me messed up with the deal to start with telling me it would be R99 p/m and that was with the tracker that you can track on your phone and have apps..... when I jumped at this deal (who wouldn't) she already had technicians in the wings waiting to come and install. I however did it the following day. When the technician finished I asked if this was the correct unit for the apps and everything and he rep**** NO - that would be the unit that costs R159 p/m - I then asked him to remove the unit and he refused saying that he now needs a cancelation job card to do that. I then got back onto the phone with Matrix and told them that they had not given me the correct unit and also only to find out that the unit is the incorrect one for the so called contract I signed. The manager then contacted me and we agreed on the package I would take. Now the technicians are no longer waiting in the wings - they have done their job..... I waited the whole of Saturday for their technician to come and replace.... to no avail.... I have just received a phone call from Matrix at 4pm on the Monday to ask if the technician has been or contacted me..... I have already sent an email cancelling this whole contract.... They have not managed to get one thing right since the initial phone call.....

This is absolute atrocious service and now that they think they have my money you can't get them to come and remove their units..... The technician was even laughing at me when I was telling him to remove the unit that I did not want.....

There are plenty other tracking service providers out there that one can use.
