matrix tracking your money not your car

about a month ago a telemarketer of Matrix phoned me constantly to get devices from them. It sounded good and was better than we had in and we decided to go with the, i told him repeatedly i want it activated the 1 August because i had to cancel my other companies contract. He assured me the contract will start on the 1August 2024 but they wanted to come and fit the devices on the 16 July then it is in. i agreed. end of the month first debit order im being charged pro rata the amount from the day they fit the devices. I phoned Matrix needless to say now it's costing me money and it almost two weeks and still no one can help me. I said they must listen to the recordings he assured me the first debit order will be on the 1 August and it will then be activated. it feels as soon as they have your money everything lies on you to see that all is going to plan > Im not happy at all and will never ever take a call from a telemarketer again. he doesnt reply to any email i send him as well
