Matrix tracking, worst customer service

Good day, Matrix have these pop up shops and fitment centre by malls, so I gave them a try and asked for the cheapest system. Month end I m being billed for a system that is almost three times what I requested , I called in and sent emails for them to change it, but still no assistance. Its been five months now.
