MATRIX Tracking Units Faulty and Cause of DAMAGE

I had my vehicle installed with a tracking unit from Matrix and have suffered damages due to them emoploying unqualified service providers. my vehicle ended up being damaged and costs loads of monies to have it repaired. Despite requesting the unit to be removed they ignored such requests. To this point they refuse. Instead they send me sms's telling me that my unit is faulty. but wont repair it. This has cost me my GOLF 6 GTI had to do repairs cuased by them still the vehicle wotn work till they remove the unit. No tech wants to touch it fear of law suit because of the damage MATRIX caused. Stay away from this company or regret later. It might work now until your car catches fire. Be warned
