Matrix tracking the worst choice

They installed a tracking device. I never received any documentation or statements, so if my vehicle was ****** I would not have known who to phone. For 10 years they deducted money and continued even when I sold the vehicle and canceled the account. They even gave me a reference number. Now they are taking legal action and yet they never provided me with a service. They are ******.
