Matrix tracking the worse customer service

Worse customer service, getting hold of them is a mission. They deliberately ignore your request and bill you even if you sold a car. I have called numerous occasions to request for change of ownership, they fail to do and end up billing me non stop. The system is excellent, but the customer service from the call centre is poor.
