Matrix Tracking Refund Matter

My matrix account was handed over to MBD and i was offered a 50% discount which i had paid R1,886.21 on 17th February 2023 .. for some reason the 50% discount did not apply so the account remained the full account

My account was than handed over to nimble recently with the full amount which there are demanding i pay

I have contacted matrix on the 25th July 2024 requesting a refund of the R1,886.21 i have paid as MBD stated money was paid to them and refund needs to be done by matrix not MBD

I spoke to a matrix consultant which agreed the refund can be done back to my account but i needed to send proof of payment and account conformation letter which has been sent on the 25th july 2024 .. consultant advised it may take up to a month which i understand but apon calling dm over and over nobody want to deal with this matter now... matrix is telling me the refund cant be done to me it has to be done to nimble ... but the amount i have paid was not to nimble .. nimble was not around when payment was made why must refund be done to them

Apon calling matrix to follow up nobody seem to help me with this refund .. the consultant who i spoke to stating the refund can be done to me is always busy or is always not at work
