I can confirm that since my complaint they have sent me an email confirming the immediate cancellation of my contract however I am still being harrased bybthe collections department and they are refusing to attend to the main issues that led to the cancellation of the contract. I have suffered financial losses as indicated in my previous complaint.I was charged R14k plus for tracing the problem which pointed to the tracking unit which i negotiated with the dealer and paid just over R10k for matrix’s mess. This was as a result of them connecting wires at the wrong place when repairing the unit which ceased functioning.Their QC is taking sides even though I have explained.I have written several emails and they have a diagnosis report from the dealer detailing the problem.I have requested them to let me know where i can drop their tracking device which was removed bybthe dealer but they are not responding,I need a resolution in this matter,I am frustrated.

Matrix reviews are very bad,over 4600 negative reviews clearly something is horrible,not sure if senior leaders do take time to read through what tge clients are saying.I will NEVER recommend this to anyone.I am intending to use any available social media platforms to raise awareness to the public.
For the financial losses i have suffeI will definitely spread the news as I have email trails to this effect.
