Matrix tracking company failing to deliver a service

So I received a false alarm that my car was being ****** last week, upon receiving the alarm I then pressed the panic button in order to get a prompt response and to my surprise the above company called me after +-10minutes this was around 2am in the morning, I then called them the following day to get a resolution and I was told the technical team will get back to me. Today is a week later and I am still waiting.
