Matrix tracking - AKA, Matrix ******ion Nightmare
People be aware, Mix Telematics and their company Matrix Tracking is a ****. Go look at all the reviews, they are not present, do zero tracking, completely ***********, impossible to get hold of anyone in the company. The only time you hear from is when they are trying to ****** money from you. Even after my contract expired and I went to a new company they just decide to renew it and double charge, worst customer service I have ever experienced, because its non-existent. STAY AWAY.

We refer you to the standard terms and conditions and highlight that although the initial contract period may have ended the service will continue indefinitely until a written request for cancellation is received from the subscriber. The return of the final debit order has placed the account into a negative balance.
