Matrix tracking
Having a bad experience already with matrix tracking, as we speaking I'm on the website and app tracking my car, my car is at home but it's showing a different location one that is 25km away from me like how, I tried calling a number on times no help now thinking about when I actually get hijacked god forbid I'm literally gona loose my car here this tracking device is not work and it has happened a number of times where the car is parked but shows that it's moving In a different location

I have sent emails with pictures of the tracking app and web page trying to track my car but it shows that it is parked at home yet I am driving the car to a different location this is a very serious issue
