Matrix tracking I cancelled my account via email on July 2022 end of August they continue to deduct I cancelled again on Aug 2022 I even call to confirm if is cancelled and to the lady confirmed that is cancelled end of August they deducted I then decided to reversed my money since my account was confirmed cancelled but currently I'm receiving calls that I owe them two months instalment and my account was never cancelled.they are threatening to hand me over if I don't pay them.i send emails even after try to explain my situation but no response from them
