Matrix tracker that was installed with incorrect information

I wrote a complain on the 11th of November 2022,On monday the 14th of November 2022 i received a call from Matrix tracker informing me that they have listened to the recordings and they are confirming that they will cancell the contract for the tracker and refund all the money i paid.I will update once the whole process is finalised.Thanks to Hellopeter.
