Matrix tracker ****

I signed up for a Matrix tracker for my car and consultant advise me to take the car to one of their installer's branch in Newcastle KZN, my Dad took the car the on my behalf to only find out that it's been over Two years that place was closed. Called back the matrix office's a lady by the name of Lindi promise to follow up my query and call me back since then I was never called. I'm beliy that these people or Company is misleading their clients or ******** people. I'm very much disappointed in them.
