Matrix tracker poor service

I have had the worse experience with matrix tracker in November I installed the matrix Gold where I pay an amount of R229 on a monthly basis. However in December 2025 I needed roadside assistance and I pressed the panic button more than twice, to my surprise I was not immediately attended to I had to then call them directly.

Matrix is the worse tracker. I regret signing up with them. 😢😢
